What is a medical peel?
A medical peel stimulates targeted skin renewal by removing the upper layers of skin in a controlled manner. The penetration depth varies depending on the type of peel – and so does the effect. In our practice, we use the proven medium-depth TCA peel (15% trichloroacetic acid), which penetrates the upper dermis. It provides intensive regeneration, promotes collagen formation and visibly refines the complexion – ideal for wrinkles, pigmentation disorders, large pores or sun-damaged skin.
About the treatment
The TCA peel with a 15% concentration is ideal for gentle yet targeted skin renewal. The treatment can be carried out several times a year if necessary.

FAQs
How much skin can be treated at once?
The peel can be applied to specific zones or to the entire face. The neck and décolletage can also be incorporated – the treatment is tailored to your individual requirements.
How painful is the treatment?
During treatment, you will feel a brief burning or tingling sensation, but this is easily tolerable. The feeling of tightness disappears after a few days.
What does the skin look like straight after treatment?
Initially, the skin appears reddened and feels a little tight. After 3 to 5 days, the top layer of skin begins to peel away, revealing fresh, smoother skin underneath.
Can the peel be done in the summer?
No. We strongly advise against this during the summer months, as UV radiation can cause pigmentation disorders. The optimum time for application is from autumn to spring.
