Why yoga at Sphère?
Yoga at Sphère is aimed at women in all stages of life – whether they’re looking to regenerate after a procedure, to relieve chronic tension or to strengthen body and mind. Gentle exercises, mindful breathing and meditation not only promote flexibility and body awareness, but also inner peace.
The courses are individually tailored and expertly led – regardless of whether you are a beginner or already experienced. The protected space allows for a personal yoga experience that is both physically and emotionally empowering.

Group lesson – 60 mins
- Gentle group sessions focusing on mindfulness, mobilisation, breathing and regeneration. Ideal for preparing for or recovering from surgery, or simply for enhancing your own well-being.

Private lesson – 50 mins
- Individually tailored yoga lesson to suit your needs – ideal for ailments, convalescence or emotional stress.

FAQs
Are group lessons suitable for every level?
Yes. Our group yoga classes are designed to be suitable for women with a wide range of physical abilities and experience levels. No prior knowledge is necessary. The exercises are carefully guided and individually adapted, taking into account any physical limitations. The focus is on gentle movement, conscious breathing and carefully strengthening your own body awareness – in a safe environment and at your own pace.
What if I have an injury or any other limitation?
That's no problem at all. Our yoga classes are designed so that every woman can participate, regardless of her individual circumstances. Before starting the classes, we take time to hold a personal consultation to discuss any possible limitations or symptoms. During the class, alternative postures and aids are offered so that you can practise safely and within your capabilities – without any pressure, but with a great deal of mindfulness.
